The best pizza

Honestly didn’t even know this place was here. Not sure if it’s new or not but it’s a nice building. Very clean. Pizza is delicious.

Strongsville is known for having variety when it comes to pizza. Papa John's is one of those options.

I was in a pinch and needed three medium two topping pizzas delivered to my friend's house where a party had already set sail. Ryan on the phone was very patient with me while I was trying to tell him what toppings I needed for everybody. He was diligent to get down my order and assured me that the pizzas would be there as soon as possible.

The delivery was quick and the delivery boy was very polite. He waited until I got the money for payment and his tip and left promptly saying "thank you" as I walked back inside my friends house.

The pizza inside the house was devoured. I almost didn't get a piece! Luckily the host saved me a slice of sausage and pepperoni. The cheese was gooey and the crust was crisp and fresh.

There may be pizza options in Strongsville, but the quality and diligence of Papa John's does not disappoint.

Have always had a great experience with this location. Except this time...

I called the location and they said that the delivery driver claims they knocked very loud on my door for the delivery and called my phone twice. I checked my number with the Papa John's location and it was correct. Never heard any knocks and had zero missed calls. Delivery ended up taking over an hour total after they originally took the pizza back to the location. This particular order was over $45.00

Also selected two side-sauces for a 16 piece wing order and only received one sauce. Disappointed in this particular experience. Normally Papa John's is my pizza of choice with excellent service and quality.

I am sorry that I am posting about one bad experience and not about my 1,000 other great ones, but it needs to be noticed!
