Ok i go to this place almost everyday because I’m addicted to coffee (my own problem LOL) but literally every single worker every time is always so freakin nice so considerate and genuinely happy to see me when i pull through and it makes me day every time so keep doin you!!

Best prices in our area and always good service. If they ever adjust the aspect ratio on the television I will bump this to 5 stars!

The Dunkin donuts gm manager was rude to me today the workers in strongsville. there are great.but at times the ice latte has a beater taste to it and I want in to tell them because I pay for $409for ice latte and the manager was very rude to me.. Telling me that I could go somewhere else all I want to do is fix it because at times most of the time they taste great but when they don't taste great and I pay that much I just want it fixed that's all.. My opinion is she doesn't have to be rude and disrespectful that's poor poor management.. The workers there are awesome????

Not my favorite DD location. Staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Have received both burnt and undercooked food at different times. Today received an iced chai with no ice and at room temp. They put the frosted donuts upside down in the paper bag with heavy muffins on top.

Edit: getting better about food quality, but still don't seem to know what they are doing. Added a star for the improvement.

I have no idea who is teaching these kids to make coffee but they are doing a fantastic job. Every time I’ve been at this location the coffee is perfect! I would recommend going inside tho the drive thru takes forever. Staff is super friendly.
