The Hooley Pub & Kitchen

We got the Hooley Hunk Salad and the BBQ Chicken Wrap.
The chicken in both of them were merely crop-dusted in sauce. The whole point of them tossing the chickens in sauce it to envelop it, not brush it on 1 side. We intentionally didn't finish our meals because we wanted to add more sauce to them when we got home.

Their french fries that came with the wrap were a great. Not only were they seasoned, which is a must, but they had a hint of curry which was a nice surprise.

Bethany took good care of us and was a highlight as well.

Here's why...it's Mother's Day and I had a reservation at another local restaurant for 6:00 pm for myself, my husband and my son. LONG STORY SHORT, they completely dropped the ball...and we walked out without even ordering. We checked a couple places and they were all on a 2 hour wait! (To be expected on a holiday). I was ready to just go back home and just forget about my Mother's Day dinner.
My husband said "lets go check out that new place where Bar Louie used to be, The Hooley Pub"...So I walk in and THANK GOD, there were some open tables and we were immediately greeted with a smile from the hostess (who I later found out was one of the managers, Sarah, who assisted in saving my night). I told her what happened at the other restaurant and she immediately jumped into action and sat us and grabbed a server for us.
Our server came over and greeted herself, "Bethany" and she was so sweet! We had drinks and appetizers before we knew it. The food and service was so great! I cannot say that enough. The entire staff was smiling, happy and just made us feel welcome. They completely turned my night around from the minute I walked in, but they continued to check in with me to make sure I was feeling better, going above and beyond throughout our visit and I just appreciate those ladies so much for that.
We will be back soon and I will be telling everyone this story for a while. THANK YOU!

Had a good first experience here! Never been to the Hooley even the other locations. Ordered a Pink Long Island which was really good that I ordered another. Potato skins were awesome and HUGE! I ordered a Burger and my friend had corned beef and we both enjoyed our meals, the atmosphere & our bartender! Great place to try!

So glad to finally see something in this long vacant spot! And there couldn't be a better choice than Hooley. We came shortly after it opened and the food and service was great. I believe our servers name was Nolan and he was great. He said this was his first serving job but he was perfect. Our glasses were always full and he was kind and engaging. Food was great also! We had a burger and corned beef sandwich, both were delicious, hot and big enough to have leftovers. We will definitely be back. Now we just need something to fill the old Houlihans spot next door...

French onion soup was great came out almost too hot to eat which we love !!! The buffalo chicken wrap could’ve had more chicken, but still delicious ! The fries are very thin! The patty melt was great came out super hot! The side salad portion was also good! The waitress was great and tentative ! The Dublin doughballs were a little over cooked but still good! It is a little loud in there, so if you’re looking for a quiet conversation, this isn’t for you ! Overall good experience and since we work in the mall, a great add-on to our food options, we will definitely be back!
