Food was really good. I'd never been there before. Drive-thru employee helped me order. Great experience. I will definitely be back
Great service, great food! Everything is always top quality and consistent no matter what chick-fil-a I go to. That’s a big deal because a lot of these fast food chains don’t taste consistent. I was so excited when one finally came closer to us and it is just as amazing as any other! Food is always super fresh, service is always nice and it usually doesn’t take very long at all to get our order(s) considering how busy they get. It’s a new restaurant so high wait times were expected, but we were pleasantly surprised!
The service is slow but it’s a new location so it’s to he expected. It’s also located in a pretty busy area especially on the weekends. But they really need to prioritize doing the orders in the front of the line. They bring your food out and you cant even leave because you have 3 cars ahead of you
Great food. Got a very large order for my work and they forgot a couple items...fortunately they took care of us no problem. Great customer service :)
The first day saw obvious hitches but the employees were so nice! Food was up to par, but the owner/operator was barking at everyone and overall seemed to be in a sour mood. It definitely tainted our experience as we drove off feeling embarrassed by his tone. I get it- first days can be stressful, but I just hope that's not his normal demeanor or else those poor employees will find better opportunities elsewhere and the service will suffer. Everybody (customers too) needs to breathe and remember it's just food, we're not trying to save lives or anything. :)
