Potelah Westlake

It's Chipotle meets baked potato. We stopped by because it's new and we wanted to see what the heck a Potelah is. Wound up being an awesome lunch. Perfectly baked potato that they mashed up and added big chunks of butter and cheese and toppings and melted it all in the oven. Even better was the owner and staff who explained everything and couldn't have been nicer. We'll be back to get more and try the juices!

Loved this place! The baked potatoes were amazing, they mix it up with butter/cheese/salt/pepper and then you choose any additional toppings and it's truly so good! Love how they mix the butter & cheese into the potato. Juice was fresh and tasty. Got to chat with the owner as well, and he was super friendly and checked in on us. Highly recommend this place to my fellow baked potato lovers!

I've visited more than once, now. It seems to be Muslim-run, so anti-pork diners may be pleased to know all of the bacon, sausage, & meat is pork-free. The restaurant is kind of Subway or Chipotle-style where you load your potato with the available ingredients shown behind a glass.

I kinda wish there were some preset potato flavor offerings like Subway has some suggested sub combinations.

You can go with a regular loaded baked potato (and these potatoes are monsters) or a "potato pizza," which is pretty much the potato laid open in a small round tin and a sauce is added. Then, again, you customize, adding whatever toppings you like.

I think the potatoes get a little overcooked. The skin on both of mine were burnt. I like to try to eat the skin even if I don't enjoy it, but the skin on these were absolutely inedible.

You will absolutely be full. Even without loading up your potato, the potato itself is enough to fill you.

I tried one of their juices, and I'd like to buy more, but the combo sends my lunch bill over $20, which is unreasonable. I'm sure their juice bar is great for those who do juice fasts.

All in all, I'll probably come back, but it's nowhere near as fast, easy-to-use, and convenient as Subway. It makes me late going back to the office for lunch, and is almost too expensive for my take-out lunches on a regular basis. It mandates sitting and eating, which is healthier. It's definitely healthier eating, but if I'm making a run for lunch, it has to be more convenient.

Such an amazing dinner. The guy was very friendly and helpful to explain the menu to us. 20 out of 10 would definitely recommend and get some juice and the dessert

Sama did a great job when I was there today! All the other staff was good and welcomed everyone when they entered.

Clean place, and professional employees, all of them were wearing gloves and covering their hair, which is a credit because I care about hygiene.

If you like to enjoy a freshly baked potato with your choice of toppings, this is the place where you will visit again and again! They don't use small-sized potatoes. I felt full before I finished it.
They also have fresh juices!
