Boots BBQ

Boots BBQ is a good option for lunch in this area. I haven't found a lot around defiance to get excited about, but boots won't disappoint.

Seriously amazing bbq???? If you can, try the Kansas city bbq sauce and their beef brisket. The wings are amazing as well, and this is coming from someone who personally doesn't like wings... the bbq Ribs could use some work as I think they are personally a tad too smoky in flavor and could use more of a honey bbq sauce flavoring. But still fairly tender! Very polite and courteous staff... definitely stock up on napkins as this is for sure some delicious but oh so messy finger food!!!!

This place never learns anything.

UPDATE, the people running this place is running it into the ground.
The sign out front says rib special on Sat.
They keep the sign out 7 days a week ,trying to keep
You confused on with day it is.( Idea ,keep sign out only on Saturdays only )
If you order baked beans make sure they put it in your bag.
If not , they will let you walk out without it

Stopped in to pick up lunch here for the first time. I stopped in today because the other day I saw that each day they have a lunch special and Thursdays special was pulled pork or pulled chicken with side and cornbread for $6. I love pulled pork so I gave it a try. Let me start by saying this was well worth $6. The pork wasn't dried out and had a perfect smoked flavor. I was surprised by the amount of pork you get! I opted for the Mac and cheese as my side, very good choice! The cornbread was very good as well and I LOVE the jalapeno butter they make in house! The guy working, I think his name is Mike, was very nice and polite. I will be returning to try more food. Thanks for the amazing lunch!
