(March 20, 2019, 11:54 pm)Bud's is a Defiance institution. They have a friendly staff, great food, and they will always have the coffee at the ready. While it may be crowded, particularly around lunchtime, the staff move with peak efficiency to serve everyone, and the wait for a table is never long. No trip to Bud's would be complete without a slice of one of their delicious pies. I make it a point to go whenever I am home. in many ways, a trip home couldn't be a trip home without visiting Bud's.
