Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Changing from a 1 star to 3 star. First time I went in, I was rudely greeted. So my family left and ate somewhere else, which is why we haven't been back in almost a year. But we finally came back and I believe this deserves a rereview at least. Service this time was good. Greeted nicely and the waiter was nice. The food was alright but it was probably more expensive than it was worth. My dad got the same meal as me, but ordered it differently than I did. But he received it same as me.

Atmosphere is relaxing. Servers were polite, quick with orders/drink refills. Steak was perfectly cooked and tasted fantastic. Got the orange Moscow mule cocktail and it was perfectly blended.
We used to frequent Brio but since their menu change is less than desirable, we decided to try Firebirds. I think this may be our new date spot!

Everything about my trip here was amazing. We came on a very busy Saturday around 6:30pm and somehow didn't have to wait to be seated (lucky us!) Our server was very polite and attentive and the food was AMAZING. This was seriously one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. I got the portobello sandwich with a side of fruit and could not have been happier with my meal.

I'm a straight up steak dude. I ordered the 9 oz filet medium rare. In my 55 years on this earth, it is hands down the best steak I have ever eaten. Anyone can cook a steak well done. It takes a master to cook it medium rare all the way through. I was with my wife and our 2 best friends Kathy and Don. Their experience was the same as mine. That being said about the steak, the entire dining experience was off the charts. Side items, wow, deserts, awesome, service, phenomenal. Customers for life. ????????☝️☝️????

My husband took me here as a surprise on Saturday and I’ve never heard of this place before. It was the best food I’ve probably ever had at any restaurant— seriously. My husband and I got the Salmon with sides, veggies, mashed potatoes and fries. Our waitress, Jamaica, was extremely professional and friendly! She was engaged and treated us so kindly. We will definitely be back and would recommended this restaurant and the location for sure !
