Tim Hortons

Coffee is always hot and the tasty food is tremendous as well. I love the donuts and bagels at 7:00 am, fresh and hot. Nice parking too

Really love this place. But discrepancies in their own outlets. I love white hot chocolate and was told it was a holiday thing just last week at one of their locations. I have it 2 to 3 times a week and this manager comes up n says its a weekly thing. I did not argue but i knew they were out. Anyway, got my white chocolate yesterday and it was delicious as usual.

My wife loves their vanilla latte but we found the taste keeps varying at every place. So when we have to just pick up in the drive thru, we now don't order it. I am sure they have a standard but seems its not maintained. But we love Tim Hortons and will be there 3 to 4 times a week.

Love their dark roast. But had an issue during National Coffee week that they advertised on TV come and get a free cup of coffee. When I went to do it on National Coffee Day employees didn't have a clue what I was talking about

I was in Columbus with the wife and mother in law, and we were going to stop at Starbucks for coffee for the drive home but decided to try this place because we don't have Tim Horton's in Canton. I got a mocha iced cappuccino, and it seems to follow the same model as Starbucks being you get some coffee to go with your sugar. With that said, it was a much better value than Starbucks and the staff was much friendlier than I what I typically encounter at Starbucks as well.

Tim Hortons is a great donut chain. This location has a nice decor and a large variety. I often stop in for their Tim Bits (donut holes). My only complaint is that they don't have free coffee refills.
