Panera Bread

Let me start by saying that I am a big fan of Panera. This is why I am so disappointed here today.

First off, people were walking out before they could order as the one girl taking orders was overwhelmed. There were several other workers and finally (after several minutes) another person decided to open a register.

Then, the black coffee pot was empty, my booth are was dirty, and the napkin dispenser was empty.

Just needed to vent . . .

Wonderful venue with fireplace. Blinds you are free to raise or lower depending on the sunshine. Art work by patrons!

Select a medium coffee. And, select one of those already madeup - no waiting - spinach, egg and bacon 4” rounds on a tray for $4.99 next to the register. Good breakfast while having a “men’s for coffee.

Feel free to combine tables. Plenty of room!

Food was good. Staff is not trained or does not utilize customer experience/service when interacting with guests. This is pervasive with many Panera restaurants these days. They need to go to a Chic-fil-a for some refreshers on guest interaction.
