Homestead Beer Company Delaware Public House

The new owner is making this place a homestead!! Great beer selection good trucks and games!

Not a kid and family friendly place. Volley ball is a blast because volleyball is always fun but watch out they take it super serious.dont let your kids near the sand. Also watch out because rules are house rules and they pull the card when they see fit.

Husband borrowing his wife's account here. Stopped by yesterday around 3:30 on way from court down the street (lawyer, not defendant). I was the only person there. Bartender was very nice and patient about letting me taste several (ok, most) of the selections on tap. I wound up getting four 32 oz crowlers to take home. Very tasty beers. AMAZING price. I wound up paying only about $7 for each 2 pint crowler! That's a great price for microbrews from what I've seen.

Only negative was the bathroom. I'm no dainty flower, but the men's room was infested with a LOT of fruit flies. They just need to just spray the place with some Raid before opening time then hang a couple fly strips to solve the problem. Though frankly, even if they didn't, it wouldn't stop me from coming back for this good well-priced brew (but please do so, guys).

Lot of cool looking food trucks right outside, including one Caribbean themed one with an enticing menu (nice dude running it), but they all didn't open until 4. Hope to return sometime when I can enjoy those as well.

Good selection of beer. The food trailers carry night to night and the few times we have stopped the food was good. Every take had it's own umbrella outside so you can sit in the shade while watching volleyball.

So happy to have Homestead nearby!
Great beer, wonderful staff, fantastic location.
Wife and I had a couple beers each (Snake Oil and Galactic Heroes).....along with a pound of amazing steamed mussels and some delicious jerk fries from Big Bamboo.
We will be spending a lot of time at Homestead Delaware Public House in the future.
