Queso Fuego

Excellent customer service and ample toppings on each taco. I thought the prices were fair. Chips and salsa are complimentary, which is not always the case at Tex-Max restaurants. I’m not typically a seafood eater unless I’m in a coastal city, but the Mahi-Mahi was great!

Went here for the first time tonight and how amazing! Food was great and staff was even more amazing! Very friendly and great recommendations, can’t wait to go back and try the poke tacos! So glad to have them in our little town! Can’t wait for next door to open!

By chance I stumbled across this place during their soft opening. The fish in the fish taco Baja was delicious, the rest of the taco needed a stronger flavor or maybe a bit of heat. The chorizo in my Tacos Fuego was a bit well done to my taste. And my last item was a side of their street corn which to my disappointment came in a bowl vs a traditional street corn on the cob. It was good but the vibes weren’t there. Will definitely be trying out more of their seafood and be keeping in mind to ask for condiments.

Went there after seeing all the commotion on Facebook and needless to say, it was a great experience!! Open seating which is nice, staff is very friendly and really makes you feel like they have known you your entire life. I had the big sombrero burger and needless to say they very might have the best burger in Delaware possibly even central ohio! All the food was very fresh and I even got to meet the owner as well as the head chef/manager, they made sure everything with my meal was perfect! Definitely telling everyone I know about this place and will definitely be coming back with the family! So happy Delaware has a place like this and what’s even better is the owner and chef grew up right here in the heart of Delaware!!!
