    This is a franchise, but meticulous to customer care. They offer really outstanding service. The food that I have received from this store has been everything I expect it to be. This is the only local Arby's that I use. The other local Arby's tend to be company-owned stores with very poor management, lower quality service, and sandwiches that aren't very full.

    Powell Arby's was clean and friendly. We love the happy hour. Where can you grab such a great little meal on the run for a mere pittance?!!

    The staff is always friendly and helpful. I ate there yesterday and had one of the best barbecue sandwiches ever. Smokehouse Mountain. Does not taste like fast food. Highly recommend it.
