I'm giving this a four star, because the order taker did NOT listen to me. That's one of my pet peeve's for customer service. I specifically stated PLEASE bring change for a $100 bill. If you don't have it, you don't have it, but don't tell me that you're going to make sure that your delivery driver HAS THE CHANGE. He came to the door, stated he only had $15. I said, it's not your fault (meaning the delivery driver), that your order taker PROMISED me that he would tell you to make sure you had change. I had to end up using my Debit card. I really didn't want to do that this evening, but it's fine. Secondly, you said you had garlic sauce, we didn't get that either. On the Plus side, the QUALITY of the food, was really awesome. We actually fought over the cheesy bread. Other than the order taker, not getting the instructions correct for the delivery driver, that would of earned you 5 stars. Please, listen to your customers. Your food is excellent!!!
Just updating my reviews here. I filled out Marco's forms, and NEVER received not even so much an apology, or anything from Marco's. We use Little ceasars...
I live in Dublin and we called two different locations for delivery and got the runaround pretty bad as to who could deliver to us. We were pointed in the direction of the Lewis Center location and Lee took the call. Lee went above and beyond, trying to assist in finding a location that did deliver. He called the location that is closest to us, who declined it saying we were not within their delivery range. Lee felt bad and offered to contact his district manager to see if they could deliver since no other location claimed they could. We decided to just order from this location and pick up because we love the pizza from Marcos and Lee truly tried to help with our delivery problem. Instead of just turning away the business, he tried to make something work. We will probably just order from this one because of the service and the sheer fact that their pizza is amazing. Keep up the good work. It’s certainly noticed.
