Recommended by a coworker for lunch, and gave it a shot. My varsity club wrap was quite tasty! They have a big selection of wraps, sandwiches, pizzas and smoothies all under 700 calories. Good place to go if you want a meal replacement smoothie. Everything on the menu is all under 700 calories. Will definitely be back to try the buffalo chicken and chicken parm.

A large menu provides lots of options (wraps, salads, pizza, soup, etc.). Fair prices for modestly portioned healthy eats. Pretty good ingredients and flavors. Fairly quick and polite service. Yeah, there's a drive-thru but the interior is clean and fashions modern decor/vibes: R&B tunes, green counter-tops, wooden details, and orb lighting. This is a good alternative fir the area - certainly marketing toward the fitness-oriented types.

This is the second Be Fit Cafe I've been to. The menus between the two locations appear to be the same. The Buffalo chicken wrap is my favorite and their chips and salad is delicious as well for the side. They really have a lot to choose from. They are quick as well. It's basically a fast casual restaurant with a healthy living theme. Not all dishes should be considered healthy options though. The serving and kitchen staff seem nice and quick. The cashier acted like he would rather be doing anything other than ringing up occasional customers in the cool air conditioning. The downfall of this location will be the location. It's very awkward placed and should be closer to Polaris. I would recommend this Be Fit Cafe overall though.
