Quick service here today and my coffee was free due to my points. Always a plus!

Never have I had a bad experience from here. Everything is great and the staff is very friendly and never rude. Just wish that everyone didn't go at the same time I want to go as far as the drive thru.

We could only go inside for orders that were placed beforehand, and it was pick up only at the door. The drive-thru line wasn't too long, and business as usual to the drive-thru. We ordered an amazing bacon egg and cheese sandwich and it was fresh, hot and delicious. Tried a new pineapple matcha iced drink, it was cool and refreshing, and really hit the spot on a hot day. The staff was friendly and they were quick to have our order to us. We were able to get a graduation gift card as well, and we were on our way in less than 10 minutes. They never failed to impress and in today's market that's always a nice thing. We definitely go back when we are in Sandusky and anyone who visits will definitely leave happy and satisfied.

Standard Starbucks with a drive thru. It's the only on that's relatively close to anything. Location was clean, it's not the biggest Starbucks but it has some work spaces. Baristas were nice, fast, and made my drink right.
