The Round Up

Absolutely insane coaster. This is singlehandedly the best ride in the park, if not the best in the world. The entire ride experience is absolutely packed with thrills from the start to the finish, and doesn’t let up at all. It’s a truly unforgettable experience.

No joke, I was hootin' and hollerin' the whole ride. The ride makes you flop around like a rag doll a little bit if you keep your hands up, but it's fast, the airtime is phenomenal, and it's a fun coaster (ranks second to Millennium in my opinion). Definitely worth a long wait (I waited two hours for my first ride, and I would wait two hours again for it).

Fantastic coaster after its conversion to a hybrid wooden/steel coaster. It's so much smoother than when it was Mean Streak. It's a nice and long ride at over a mile.

Cell phones are banned in line and on the ride - lockers are near the ride entrance. If you keep your phone in your pocket while in line and on the ride, you'll be fine - just be sure it's well-secured, ideally in a zippered pocket so it doesn't come out. There are employees (and cameras) that monitor people in line and kick them out if they see phones.

This place is called The Round Up, it's one of the restaurants at Cedar Point. The burger I had was a little dry, but better with ketchup. The chicken fingers were thick and juicy. My grandson was entertained by the birds who were eating fries from the ground. They weren't scared of the patrons to this restaurant and they didn't try to get on tables or attack anyone for their food.
