What started out as a not good experience turned into a great one thanks to the manager TJ! He made sure we were taken care of and was super friendly and accommodated not only us but everyone else around us quickly and professionally. Thanks for the great service!

Sat at the bar. Service was quick. Sandwich was good. Wings were a little overdone. The mango habanero dry rub was tasty. Bathroom clean.

First time at this Quaker steak. Food was wonderful, nice and tender wings with lots of sauce. However our waitress wasn’t the best. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer. Our food came out and we never got the onion rings. We asked the waitress to please take them off our bill because we never received them and we were basically done with our main meal. She sounded like she was in shock we asked that. At the end when we were getting our bills, her tone when she said “oh and I took the onion rings off your bill for you” made it sound like she did us a favor. She hardly checked on us when we recieved our food. We had to ask another gentleman if we could get our blue cheese and in the quick second of interaction with him was wonderful. He was very nice and didn’t come off annoyed Whatsoever that we had asked him for help when he wasn’t even our waiter. It wasn’t even busy yet on a Saturday in the restaurant. It just wasn’t a good waitress experience. Hope next time is better.
