    Up here from Delaware, Great food and great service. Owner came out checked on us to make sure we were happy. Great place to eat!!!!

    The food is sooo horrible I can’t stop eating it. Then on top of it they deliver at this rate I’ll be 500 lbs. Derrick you are an enabler! Stop it! No one on this earth should be able to cook this well. Don’t go here other wise you’re hooked and nothing else will taste this good they have ruined every restaurant for me forever.

    I love BBQ and my wife and I checked out the brisket and ribs. Nice smoky flavor with great sauce. The side choices are very tasty! We will be back!

    Sandusky has needed a progressive Soul Food fusion restaurant for ages. I am so proud of you Derrick for fulfilling his dream. Great food always satisfies your stomach, but food at Derrick's diner it feeds your soul. Always a family-friendly atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and go patronized Derrick's Diner ????????????!

    Derrick's Diner is the perfect spot for a quick lunch and a good taste of old-fashioned down-home barbecue! I felt like having ribs and so I got a small side and wished I would have ordered the entire slab, they were terrific! Good job Derrick and crew. Here's to launching Derrick's Diner 2 in downtown Sandusky at the Cooke Building! Looking forward to seeing you in the downtown area and bringing that great food to us. Thanks!
