Beautiful ambiance, excellent cocktails, not very attentive service. For a higher price cocktail I expected more. Server just kept saying sorry everytime they showed up because they were so bad at coming around. And worse is it wasn't even busy, but the server was always out of sight.

I can not say enough about this amazing bar. The atmosphere is so inviting and relaxed. The service is amazing. While I was there, I met the owner Gia, and she had such a great attitude and was super nice, so if you get a chance, make sure you say hello! I tried the seekers Bourbon that they make there, and it was fantastic. I even decided to purchase a bottle. They also have some fantastic food you can try, including some excellent deserts. Highly recommended!!

While the menu isn't huge, the food is awesome and hits the spot. The staff and owners are great, love to answer questions and explain any questions you might have, along with having a great sense of humor and personalities.

And then... There is the bourbon... And as a whisk(e)y enthusiast, their batch one and two land right in classic high quality bourbon territory but at a price point which seems completely opposite of the quality. The fact that you can leave with two bottles for under $100 when some brands with lower quality pull more for a single bottle is awesome.

Definitely will be visiting each time I'm back in town to see things after production starts here!

The only craft bourbon distillery in the area. Outstanding bourbon, welcoming ambiance, great staff, outstanding selection of straight bourbons and craft cocktails. I tried the house Seekers on ice (ice balls) and it was as good as anything I’ve had on the bourbon trail in Kentucky. Food menu is on point. The “Copper Club” is a great fixture for guests who want a unique personal touch. Great outdoor seating options. Locals and vacationers are lucky to visit this establishment.

Creative drinks and an extensive collection of the best bourbon and whiskeys! Can't go wrong with their own distilled Everwild Seekers Bourbon!

We went opening weekend and had a couple of their specialty mixed drinks as well as some desserts.

The Snoogles were delish and sweet. Plenty to share. The custard bread pudding is a good bite as well.

Everwild is a must visit and we can't wait to go again!!
