Da Que BBQ

Saw that these guys were in the Columbus area and decided to check them out. The owners are Dwayne and Amy Vannoy, super nice couple. They have been in business 3 years. Been doing backyard BBQ's for 21 years before making the jump into the business. Ordered the brisket, pulled pork and Bourbon chicken on rice. Had sides of baked beans and mac n cheese. Brisket is nice and moist with a choice of lean or fatty. It had a nice bark to it and was really tasty. Pulled pork was also very moist. Dwayne is using apple wood to smoke his meats which gives the slightest smoked flavor. The chicken also was super moist which you very rarely find with a nice sauce on it and laying a bed of rice. Super tasty!!! The beans had a slight sweetness to them. Mac n cheese was with small elbow macaroni and a ton of cheese. Love the fact that they are a small town feel to the operation. FYI- They also do catering. Get out and check them out for some good BBQ.
