Steak 'n Shake

I will start by saying the high chairs and the changing tables were absolutely hands down the cleanest I've used EVER from ANY restaurant!!! THANK YOU!!!! The waitress was the BEST waitress we've EVER had at ANY location. I can describe her to a T but unfortunately forgot her name. This trip was what we thought going to be the last trip to this location and she definitely changed our minds!!!

First time that I've been to this location. Food was good, but service was not. Had to wait to be seated, had plenty of empty booths. Took 10 minutes to get my milkshake after I ordered, and an easy 20 minutes after that to get my burger and fries. And on top of that, I didn't get my cookie with my order. I would have given 1 star, but the food was good.

Food very good but...no one even acknowledged anyone standing at the "wait here to be seated" sign..which was so awful that one man grew so tired of standing there he left. Although very busy SOMEONE should speak up at least to say , sorry we are working to clear tables to seat you, be just a few minutes. . Anything except ignoring people entering. That wont keep me from eating there. 5 stars for the food and service at tables.

Not sure if they got new staff, but service and food was great today! Our waitress, Dawn, was outstanding. She helped us along with others tables when they needed help and the front register. She was professional, sweet and checked all the food before bringing it out to customers. She’s definitely management material in our eyes!
