McDonald's

They need to focus more focused on customer service and quality of the product . Which means provide an atmosphere customers want to come back to . Simple great your customer and provide hot and fresh food . Also , review your orders . Takes 2 seconds to review an order . When I worked fast food I wouldn’t service something I wouldn’t eat . Do it the first time don’t make a customer come back to complain . At least they fixed it and that is why I gave 3 .

I normally don't eat McDonald's, but we decided to try their app and order a few items, we paid for them on the app and when I walked in my order was handed to me almost immediately, I was very impressed, and there was no issues with our order.

I usually go through the drive thru and they have 2 lines to order in which makes it much faster.

The Restaurant was clean, the employees and their service was very good. But I bought a Mushroom and Swiss Burger, and it was not very good, which really surprised me because that is one of their Premium Sandwiches, it at least has a Premium price. If the Mushroom and Swiss Burger at all McDonald's tastes like the one I purchased today, I will have to recommend to my friends NOT to order it.
I love Mushroom and Swiss Burgers, and have had them from other Buger Chains, and they were always delicious, and all McDonald's burger always taste great to me, that is what really surprised me about the one I got today at your chain restaurant. The burger part of the sandwich was good, as it normally is, but something else was off in the favor department of it, which really surprised me.
I did not complain about it at the restaurant, but maybe I should have. I will try another one in the future at another McDonald's just to compare and see what was up, because as I said earlier, it has been one of my favorite burgers for years.
My wife and I eat at McDonald's fairly regularly, especially when our grandchildren are with us, because as with most kids Mcd's is their first choice.

When there is high traffic I would highly suggest not going here. Their food always tastes fresh which is weird for a McDonald’s in my opinion. The staff is very friendly and will fix an issue that they caused. The place is usually clean and well kept. It’s about as good as a McDonald’s as you’re going to get, also considering they’re the most visited McDonalds in Ohio you gotta say they’re doing pretty good.
