Max & Erma's

I will start out by saying the food was really good.... Burgers, sandwiches, and especially the cheese skewers. However, the kitchen was VERY slow for a Saturday afternoon at 1:30. We waited so long for our food our server offered to comp a dessert. The beer selection on tap is terrible. Budweiser, Sam Adams, a Goose Island IPA, a Sam Adams rotator, and one other. Hadn't been to a Max & Erma's in 7 years and probably won't go back for another 7 years. Food *was* tasty though.

Our server Anastasia was 1 of the BEST ! She got our drinks right away our food orders were right- she came back to check and see if we needed anything else! Food was tasty! We had a party of 13! She made our dining experience VERY NICE????????

Went to dinner with my husband and was promptly seated at a booth. Our server quickly approached to get our drink order and tell us about the soup of the day and the specials, I believe her name was Trina. We decided on the 3 course meal because the deal was great. We did modify it a bit so I anticipated a few mess ups but everything came out in a timely manner and just as we had asked. We will definitely return to enjoy the delicious burgers and great service!! Thank you!!

Returned and asked for Trina again....she does not disappoint....she was in the bar area and from our count servicing 8 other people and we couldn’t tell the difference....she is amazing!!!! Thank you Trina!!! And thank you M&E for hiring great servers!!!!

Our waitress, Erica, was very efficient and she checked on us regularly to see if we needed any additional refills. I loved her willingness to get answers to a couple questions I had regarding the special news I had in the app. I would definitely go and ask for her again!!

Everything was delicious! They have THE BEST Chicken tortilla soup I have EVER had!!!!! We ordered the special of a burger, side and soup and dessert for around $10. Totally worth it!!! Everything was fresh and bottomless fries was a plus. :)
