    The most amazing tasting food. Hard to believe it’s low carb/KETO especially the desserts. Makes eating better enjoyable! I get excited to see what new items are added each week!!

    Big Mama’s meal prep is amazing! The food is healthy, delicious, and varies week to week so you never get bored. Plus the desserts are scrumptious and you can either pick up or get everything delivered right to your door! Healthy eating just got so much easier!

    Since I have started working out I have gone from a pant size 38 to a size 34. On 1/6/19 I took my dimensions then I started training and Big Mama's meal prep. I love Big Mama's meals they fill me up and fuel my change. I especially love Keto Pizza, Buffalo Chicken Alfredo, and the Zuppa. I remeasured myself on 3/24/19 to find out I lost 8lbs, gained .5" on my chest, 3" on my arms, and 1.25" on my legs. I also lost 3" on my waist and .5" on my hips. I am loving the transformation at 45 years of age. Thanks to Big Mama's meal prep, and Beast Mode Crew.
