    Waiting in line for called in order. Finally got to register to pay. Way past time they told us when we ordered. Watched 4 people pick up orders while I am waiting. Really believe they did not start fixing my order until I got here. Just told they were missing something on my order (cheesecake bites) not sure how that happens. Called in order at 705 now 8. And 2 more people picked up orders. . Asked for a manager, she said she will get the order. Told her was told 20 min when we called, I paid for it over 20 min ago and still waiting. Finally received the order at 805. Just checked, my sandwich and fries are cold. Manager did try to make things right and gave me a coupon for part of my cost. Still really frustrating.

    The cook got hot sauce on my burger from his gloves or something, and the waitress only filled our drinks at the end just as we finished eating. The fries were unsalted as well... Only thing good on my table was the Mac n cheese.

    Food was great! Customer service was great! Our server Devin was fantastic best server ever from buffalo wild wings.

    After a long day my wife and I just wanted a simple dinner and time to ourselves. Great experience. Food was great and our server Lorenz was great. Turned out to be a relaxing dinner. Thank you.
