Logan's Roadhouse

Had a GREAT time at Logan's today! The trio appetizer was awesome! Ribeye steak and ribs were cooked to perfection. Mushrooms on the skewer was a pleasant surprise. Daphne was a great server with a beautiful personality. We love this place!

This location is usually amazing and I love the food. However, the last time we went there was crazy. The server (older lady with a hunch) forgot us pretty much. Our food took an hour to come out (3 medium steaks that came our near rare and one well steak that came out medium). We had to wait forever on drink refills and the "fresh" tea was just water. It was not very busy and it was fully staffed. To top it off, after waiting for half an hour for the check, the server brought out the card but refused to give us a receipt. We asked again and guess what? She went to the TRASH CAN and FISHED IT OUT. She then tried to hand it to us. The manager was called and he took care of it. This is a critique of the server more than the place. It wasn't the first time I've seen that happen with her.

Service was good. I believe our waiters name was JR, he was polite, and was attentive to our needs. Food took a while to come out and our whole tables steaks were undercooked. I sent mine back and it came out okay the second time. Over all, the food was very good, the tea was delicious. The whole restaurant as a whole though was very chaotic and unorganized, maybe it was just an off night for them, maybe not.

Went with a large group for a meeting (17), the staff was great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The food was great, hot and fresh. My steak was cooked perfectly. We didn't wait long for the food to come out and our orders were right. Great job! I will definitely go back.

Haven't been in a long time, thought I'd give it another try. Rolls were fresh and hot. Salads were super amazing! Onion pedals not my favorite, but were still good. The steak and shrimp were delicious. But that strawberry lemonade......Worth the trip alone!! I will be back!
