Horney's Barbecue

Great food,but small portions for your money ????.

Decent barbeque. We stopped bye on our way through Washington Courthouse, wanted something local. It was early in the day and we were the only ones there but it was a solid experience. They bill it as Texas BBQ but it didn't seem very Texas in nature. Overall it was not bad but not a place I would go out of my way to visit.

Loved the ribs and their sides were side. I got the shredded meat platter, and it was fairly unremarkable. My mother got their chicken breasts and said it was really good. Next time I go back, sticking with the ribs, they were amazing.

Best smoked meats you'll ever eat. Keep up the good work Steve.

First time there. Ordered pulled pork sandwich, baked beans and coleslaw. Everything had good flavor but they only offer 1 kind of bbq sauce and it didn't have much taste. I was really disappointed. My opinion is a BBQ restaurant should offer more then one kind of sauce, maybe a sweet or one with a little kick!
