    Subs are great but price is high. Staff doesn't seem to want to be there.

    Always great. Mostly get the Philly which is better than anywhere so far. But the chicken teriyaki is good too.

    Great subs, great flavor, excellent quality meats, cheeses, veg, buns. They're not the fastest, they take their time and do it right, do it properly. My wife really enjoys the steak & cheese, I prefer the Italian (both hot and cold are excellent!).
    The lemonade it's fantastic, too, definitely worth a trip just for that!
