    I don't really have a complaint but, if you love your morning cup of coffee like I do and specific with your order, and not get what you ask for, it starts your day off horribly. Accuracy is very much appreciated and I understand that mistakes can be made. However, for me to write a review means that there is a pattern that management should address- especially if it's the same morning crew who has this issue. Sorry for the rant but instead of dark roast (what I asked for) I received regular!!! I'm going to need to give this location a break for a while until this crew gets it together.

    I ordered 45 dozen big donuts and 45 dozen timbits for a wedding. Jerzy did a fabulous job and worked all night so that my order was fresh and ready by 6am. Love my Tim Hortons!
