Polite staff. Helpful and did their best to make me happy even when stuff I wanted was out of stock.

The best location in the world, they are breaking my heart when they close for a few days. Hope everyone is OK.

Okay, I must admit... I’m there every single morning getting my caffeine fix! The staff, beyond friendly! The beverages, CRISP! The decor, immaculate! The music selection, bop worthy! 10/10 would recommend this location! I order the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher every single day, as my fathers name is Barry and it reminds me of him. The drink is so soothing, chilled, and refreshing! The staff tend to all of my needs when i’m basically dehydrated... they quench my thirst.

I’ll start by saying that this is my local Starbucks that I come to almost every day. I ALWAYS mobile order because the line is often long and they are frequently understaffed. I have had many many good experiences here, and they far outweigh the bad. However, they are very inconsistent. I am in the medical industry and usually put an order in ~15 minutes before I leave my house for work. Many times, it’s still not ready. Most recently I put in an order at 5 pm (I’m on nights) and it took 20 minutes to prepare. I waited in the store for 15 of those, the first 5 nobody even asking me who my order was for and the other 10 because it wasn’t ready yet. I’ve also often had to leave without my order because it was going to make me late. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of mobile orders??
