The staff is so friendly and very helpful! The shakes taste AMAZING (I highly recommend the nutterbutter one). I will definitely be going back often! I just wish they opened at 7am so I could bring one of these awesome drinks into work with me!!

This place pops up in search results as a smoothie cafe. More accurately it is a tea and shake bar that uses the Herbalife health supplement powder in their drinks.

The model they want customers to follow is every order comes with an "energy" tea and a meal-replacement shake. Teas can be hot or cold and have traditional and fruity flavors. All shakes have sweet flavors reassembling desserts, like Almond Joy and Nutter Butter Finger. Despite this, they claim to be low sugar with about 9 grams in shakes and 3 grams in teas. My shake, the Nutter Butter Finger, was good and I felt like I was eating a less sweet, less indulgent, and thinner liquid version of the shake flavors you'd get at an an ice cream shop. None of the shake flavors have veggies like spinach, kale, or avocado.

A red flag for me with any restaurant having a health-focus is there were no ingredients or calories listed on the menu. Also no prices were visible that I could see. My tea and shake came to $14. I would go again but I am unclear what exactly I am getting and what are the health benefits. A shake served with a cookie on top - I guess this is what healthy eating looks like in 2020...

The people that work here are great and the shakes and tea are amazing!
