Superb in every way. Third time there and although I have loved it each visit, yesterday was just delightful, delicious, perfect, I mean there just aren't enough adjectives. The food was insanely good. I don't write reviews often, but I keep daydreaming about not just my meal last night but all 4 of us had delicious meals. Seriously can't decide which was my favorite - how often does that happen at a restaurant?! We had the Zucchini appetizer (the almonds!!!), Lamb Chops, Short Rib, Eggplant Parmesan, and the Scallops. Keep up the awesome work. What a great meal at a great establishment.
The food is absolutely incredible and fresh and delicious! We had the eggplant parmesan and the lamb chops for entrees and both of them were cooked to perfection. Their wines were also excellent. The atmosphere is a very intimate small space so be sure to get a reservation. The patio is beautiful but indoors is also very nice. You can't go wrong with Basi!
Went there last night and had an absolutely wonderful meal. Let me tell you how good this place is; this is one of those places you go to view the Google One-Star reviews and read them for a good laugh. It’s amazing to see how people can give this place anything but 5 stars.
The patio bar is one-of-a-kind for Columbus -- extremely quaint and peaceful -- full of ambiance and a delightful atmosphere. This restaurant use to be an old carriage house to the home next door.Fantastic atmosphere -- will definitely be visiting in the future -- keep up the great work, especially in the face of an extremely competitive restaurant market in Columbus, Ohio.!
9 years ago this place was recommended to us by a local. It was AMAZING!! The homemade pasta and service was fantastic. We couldnt remember the name and were so sad, but with extensive googling we found the place. 9 years later I still feel like I'm eating at someones backyard and the food is top notch.
