Kolache Republic

Vegetarian morning sandwich is great. The coffee is simple but good and goes great with the Kolache. I do wish they had sweeteners for the iced coffee. Some interesting flavors for the baked goods. I had the maple pecan Kolache and it was delicious. The kielbasa was very tasty and filling

Delicious snack, but not filling enough for a meal. It’s located in the same building as The Daily Growler. Bathrooms and wifi, and plenty of seating. They were open past 1pm on Saturday but not sure how common this is!

Tried two savory! They were delicious! We will have to come back for the sweet. The daily special was amazing and the special pepper sauce was really good! Have to add this place to our regular rounds!

Super neat location and the Kolaches are delicious. The gentleman whom waited on me was super knowledgeable and we discussed the Estonian version - Pirukad! Pretty decent size, with wonderful flavor, reasonable price and a nice, cozy little area to dine. Very enjoyable experience, will be coming back!

This place is an absolute gem. The staff, food, and atmosphere are so much more than anyone could ask for during the hours that breakfast is served. But they have evening hours and a different menu too. Kolache Republic is a as good as food can get according to my 8 year old, and myself (I'm 34); so saying it can appeal to a broad range is not saying enough as to how wonderful this place is. I am a customer for life; regardless...I love Kolache Republic.
