Sweet Carrot

So I'm not sure I really appreciate the theme of this restaurant. It's all about bunnies, and everything is bunny themed, even the bathrooms, and there are drawings of ppl with bunny heads. I don't know if I'm missing something or if I'm just too old, but i found it a little creepy.
The menu is overly simplified, with 4 options that you add to them yr protein. I ordered the Mac n cheese and I found it heavy, fatty. The beef brisket had charred pieces. By the end of my meal I smelled like smoke. Not quite impressed. The desert looked delicious.
What I did like was the creme sodas, they wrre delicious.
I also liked the diverse clientele and the kid friendly tables, chairs.

The service was friendly and upbeat. They brought our food out quickly. The food was scrumptious. My husband had the Mac and cheesy it was so delicious and creamy. He topped it with their brisket and it was fantastic. I had a roll with the meat balls and I am in love. I also tried their cider brother hard cider it was a perfect pairing my husband tried a few of the natural sodas he loved the black cherry it was best. Also they offer a veteran discount so this place is awesome you can’t go wrong. We dug straight in to the food it smelled so good and was brought out quickly so the pictures don’t do it justice because it was half devoured.

Visited on a Tuesday at lunch time with my 4 year old (love that kids eat free on Tuesdays) and had a great experience! There were crayons & kid menus for my kiddo to color, yummy Mac & Cheese with side dish & drink choices he was excited about & my salad was really good! We will be back!

Amazing food and staff. The atmosphere is great, it feels like a downtown spot, the murals are very cool. The food is great comfort food, my husband and I went during the polar vortex and it was perfect, warm and filling.

I’ve now tried this location 2 times since opening. The first time was fantastic! No wait and I had my food to my table within 5 minutes! Can you say impressed!!! The second time was not so much. Went in and had to wait because they only had one gentleman working the register. Finally gave them my order and proceeded to wait for about 20 minutes. No big deal! But when they started to serve other customers that came in after us, started to wonder what was going on. When we got our food the food was barely warm. Still loved the cheesy dip and chips. Will definitely come again and hopefully this was just an off night!
