Chef Wes is absolutely amazing!!! Not only is his food delicious but the presentation of dishes is beautiful. I have been fortunate enough to both experience his cooking as well as work with him during a few events. He is so talented and a great person as well!

Wes catered our family reunion. I had an idea of what I wanted to serve, but he worked with me to create a menu within my budget that was a huge hit with family members. They raved about it and there were hardly any leftovers. (When order you may want to consider adding portions because everyone will go back for seconds.) The service was great too. They arrived on time set everything up and brought all the serving utensils too. It was the easiest party I have ever organized. I definitely recommend!

Wes made Jen and I an AMAZING eggs Benedict for breakfast... bud. You wanna talk about impeccable. 🤌🏼
