This location is one of the better Chuck E. Cheese locations that I've been to. It was clean and very well situated, with plenty of room for kids (and their parents) to get around and between the games, yet there was plenty for everyone, young and older, to do. The young woman behind the counter was very friendly, and seemed to be very good at communicating and engaging with children. At one point there were only 3 or 4 children in the entire restaurant (it was early, soon after opening) and yet the staff sent someone out dressed in the costume of the Chuck E. Cheese character to interact with the kids. I was very impressed by that effort! I would definitely recommend this location to any family.
Gameplay for kids was easy to access and play covering s wide age range. Pizza is awesome! Took some home. Regular Crust could use more taste, maybe greasier?
It's Chuck E Cheeses. What the heck do you expect. We never get food here, we just come for the games. They are nothing crazy cool but they keep kids entertained and that's important. I do appreciate it when relics from my child hood continue to exist. Ponderosa is all but got but Chuck E Cheese lives on.
This location has really been working on upkeep, and it shows. It is well-lit, the games are spaced out well, and the card system to play games is SO much easier. I also enjoyed the unlimited time based play. Very importantly, I don't recall seeing a single out of order sign!! The staff all seemed friendly and helpful, but the young lady with whom we redeemed our tickets was exceptionally marvelous. Her attitude was refreshingly pleasant and positive. She was helpful and friendly and sweet. Even though all arcades are kind of a rip off, this one at least gives the kids a glimmer of hope. Unlike another recent experience at a different chain, my kid didn't have to settle for trash, in spite of having literally half the number of tickets. We did not order any food or drinks. We will definitely go back!!
My grand daughter's birthday. She had so much fun, especially dancing with Mr. Cheese. Pizza is not very good. But kids did not care and didn't eat much but played a lot. They did eat the cake we brought. She had about 15 guests. Staff were wonderful and very quick at serving. The kids loved the staff too. Need better tasting pizza and not so greasy.
