LongHorn Steakhouse

This spot is very warm courtesy of its soft lighting. It is decorated with longhorns throughout the restaurant and bar, and the dark colours used on the interior walls just add to the ambience. The food is awesome and the portions will not disappoint. All sides are also large portions and unless you have a very healthy appetite, it is likely you will not finish your meal. They also have good dessert options.

Customer service is always great here. The food is excellent. Our steaks are always cooked as requested. Only drawback here is that there is often a long wait. No reservations ; but there is call ahead seating within an hour or so.

My husband and I were guests at this location for lunch. Our server was very pleasant and was very attentive to our needs. The steak was so succulent and delicious, the flavors were just amazing. Our experience overall deserved a solid 5 stars

Great experience through a tough start.

My girlfriend and I called ahead because we knew it would be a busy tonight. We were told on the phone it was an hour plus wait, we were fine with that since we were planning on it. Once we arrived and checked in we were informed that the host never added us to the list. The manager came and spoke with us, apologized for the mistake, and he put us in near the top of list. The additional wait was frustrating but understandable, it was about 25 minutes until we got our table. The manager personally escorted us to our table and informed us the our appetizer would be free. The fired pickles were amazing crunchy salty fried perfection and the steaks were delectable perfect rare and medium rare with a smokey salty crust, mine the porterhouse and hers the boneless ribeye. Our service from the wait staff was amazing, never and empty drink or lack of their good wheat bread and butter. When we finished our meal and got the check I noticed the manager had given us an additional discount for the mistake. That really turned the experience around for us and let me know the manager really wanted to turn a poor experience into a great one. Thank you and I hope you see this and know that is was greatly appreciated.

My husband and I had dinner this evening with close friends at this location. We eat here fairly regularly and always have a good experience. The food is always very good - definitely recommend the chicken tenders!! The service is prompt, and the staff, in our experience, is always so friendly and personable. Very pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommend this Longhorn's location!
