    This particular Chick-fil-A restaurant is above par for the chain. The corporation's practice of "franchising out" restaurants makes them unable to guarantee any sort of standard of quality, but the quality of food served from this particular location is top-notch. I always find the chicken to be crispy, succulent, flavorful, and tempting. And of course, they offer the wide variety of dipping sauces this chain is known for. Really, the only truly bad thing is the fact that they are not open Sunday, but at least there are other options in the area.

    This franchise is run extremely efficiently and their workers are always friendly! Just wish they'd be OPEN ON SUNDAY!! The Sabbath is technically on SATURDAY anyways.

    Chick fil A is always amazing but this particular one is truly on top of their game! I've ordered a #1 hundreds of time. Today's sandwich was big and thick, hot and incredibly juicy. The place is large enough to accommodate the flow and quite pretty. Highly recommend this particular location. Fast and friendly service that is even above the typical high level of CFA!

    Staff is a joy to interact with. Nuggets and fries have gone a bit downhill over the past 6 months though, nuggets are drier more often than not now and fries are a lot less "waffle-y" and more "limp" than they used to be. Everything else is still great though, love the spicy chicken burgers.

    This is our favorite Chick-fil-A in Columbus! The employees are so friendly and accommodating! The spicy chicken is amazing. I love that the kid's meals always have a toy that can be utilized. My son has baking tools from there.
