Perfectly cooked filet medium rare. Having said all that! It's always been good service and good food but just slow down on the pepper. When I had that much pepper I had very vivid hallucinations and saw the worlds past and future. I realized that time was a circle and everything is connected. The lobster tail was great too.
Had crab cakes and mashed potatoes.was not bad great service, for coming in an hour before closing. Update March 14. Had Alice chicken with baked potato ????. Service is great. Server made iced tea when they ran out 30 minutes before closing. Thanks four stars.
Outback did a great job during our visit. Service was very good, server was very attentive and refills came quickly. The restaurant was clean and well staffed. Food was excellent, so many places I visit I have to request 1 or two levels of done higher for my steak than what I want to end up with what I'm looking for and outback always nails it without having to do that. I like medium rare and my wife likes well done, we ordered steaks and her cut was larger and flatter while mine was thicker and I wholeheartedly appreciate the forethought into choosing the cuts based on the cook. Sides were great and bread wasn't bad. If I had anything unflattering to point out it would be accommodations for large parties. I attempted to take some family during dinnertime and was told over an hour wait for a party of 8. If you want a good steak, cooked to perfection, outback is an excellent choice.
Left disappointed... And hungry. Ordered a 9oz filet medium cooked. Steak came out rare. Sent the steak back to be cooked some more ..came back with what appeared to be no change except smothered in garlic butter. Told the waitress I still wasn't happy with it and she said "she'd see what the manager could do" yet received no form of comp for a twice improperly cooked (and already cut) steak. Unless another sweet potato counts as a comp. Why would I want another sweet potato? I've never left this outback or any other steakhouse with meat on my plate. Tonight I left with 3/4 of my steak on my plate. I've been to this location many times .. Never had a problem so I'll give you guys another shot of course. But tonight I left disappointed .. Hungry .. And $100 lighter.
