Chipotle Mexican Grill

My experience with Chipotle Mexican Grill has always been top-of-line positive regardless of the particular location. My usual visits in central Ohio are to Mill Run, Hilliard Rome Road, and Dublin's Perimeter Loop. Their specialty is Americanized burritos that are big, tasty, made to order and FAST. There are lots of ingredients from which to choose including several proteins (beef, chicken, pork) and even some kind of vegetarian option. Everything tastes fresh to me. They also make tacos and burrito bowls if you want to cut back on the carbs and calories. There is a modest selection of beers available. This is a casual, no frills restaurant where you order in a line and can eat in or carry out for under $10 per person. The dining rooms, restrooms and kitchens always look clean to me. Highly recommend.

The portions are very inconsistent depending on who you get. It makes it very difficult to count calories when one day you get barely a scoop of meat and the next visit is an actual serving. I stopped ordering online due to the staff's inability to be consistent.

I love Chipotle and this location is my only option for lunch. But the staff needs trained on quality control. My $7 bowl should have a consistent $7 worth of food. Not $3 worth of food.

Also the review in which they review someone dubbed "Titanic" ... I have experienced this as well.

I'm not sure if this is the case for all Chipotles but my only problem with Chipotle is the inconsistent quality and portions of the food, sometimes you go and get get fresh food and tons of it and other times you get the opposite. Despite this place being hit or miss I still go at least once a week so I guess it's not too bad.
