Old school, cash only, family run and phenomenal quality !!

I'd give it 5 stars, but the woman who answered the phone was completely rude. We were calling in on a drive back up from Louisville, so we didn't know when we'd get there. She gave us a time of 25 minutes, we got there in about 20. No big deal. I can wait. I'm not even mad about waiting. But she had to yell from the back "I TOLD THEM 25 MINUTES!". I didn't say a word. In fact I even told the guy I'm probably early.

Love the food, it was absolutely fantastic. I would have given it 5 stars but this place lacks in technology (cash only, no credit. Orders by hand on legal pad and no receipts) and I feel like I was treated pretty rudely, both in the store and on the phone. Maybe it is just the Italian personality, but I figure if you spend over $100 they would at least say thank you. I also thought the boxes we're way too flimsy for huge pizzas, but the salad in a Chinese container was an awesome idea. I will order from again hoping for a better interaction, the food was already 5 stars.

Best pizza in the world. I have been eating this for over 30 years and it never gets old. Jack the owner has kept the place the same way that his father in-law Andy had it when he owned / ran this place before Andy passed away which I believe was the right thing to do. Andy put his heart and soul into this pizza shop and now Jack does the same thing.
