Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My favorite burger place! Love the meatless option. My favorite is their homemade black bean burger. Their fries are amazing and I always get excellent service.

What was ordered was okay. It wasn't nasty or anything like that, but the last several times we've gone to a Red Robin which has only been this location and/or another one off of Hilliard Rome Rd...the burgers have had a burnt consistency. It's never the whole patty, but from my and the people in my party experiences, there has been a partially charred aspect of the burger patty. I can say when I ordered a sandwich which consisted of a chicken breast; it didn't really seem to be the case. Good customer service, friendly and cooperative employees, great fries and nice burger/sandwich options. Maybe next time we won't order a well done burger and there won't be an issue with possible char.

Horrible horrible food. All of the chips I got with the meal and the $7 spinach dip were burnt to a crisp. Why would you ever send that out instead of remaking them. I will never order from them again.

I’m editing the review because their customer service was good. Still won't eat there again bc the last few times I've tried it hasn't been good, edible but not good, beyond this and I’m dome giving them chances. But they didn't need to see the pictures or anything. Cancelled the charge and kept me from being more upset than I was. Good job manager!

First time going to Red Robin since childhood, the burgers are good & the endless fries are even better. The sauces are free so LOAD UP on those too. The drinks are refreshing but may take awhile to come out.

Enjoy going to Red Robin! The gluten free but isn't too bad and the fries are fried in a separate fryer so I can actually have them! Just wish they had more gluten free options. But the burgers are consistent and the wait staff is always nice and responsive!
