    Great pizza at good prices

    Ordered garlic Parmesan bread sticks and the garlic butter was literally dripping out of the box. I had ordered garlic sauce with it but got marinara instead. Cinnamon bread was good though. Everything was just very messy.

    I really like Papa John pizza, but the customer service can be lacking. I ordered one pizza online and it ended up being a two hour wait. I called the location the pizza was ordered from to cancel because it was going to take so long, and I was on hold for 30 minutes. I understand being busy but wow that is way too long. I gave up and waited out the pizza because I couldn't stand being on hold any longer. That is why I gave it only 4 stars.

    On the other hand, the delivery person arrived before the expected time (1.5 hours rather than 2) and he was very friendly/followed the delivery instructions perfect. Again, the only issues I experienced were wait-time related.
