Charleys Philly Steaks

1st time going there was today and they were fast efficient and kind I will be going back many more times

Sandwich is Always good. The gourmet fries were pretty gross though. Good service everytime.

This was okay. Not my best experience at Charleys. They charged us for an extra sub on Sunday. Brought food in waves. Fries were not hot but more on the warm side. Lady at register was difficult to understand, but was polite. Store was clean but could be better. Trash overflowing condiment spills on tables. I would probably eat there again.

I stopped going to this location because they don't cook sandwiches with bbq sauce if you want nor put it on....only on side.
Don't have all the new side items like boneless & bone-in chicken with different flavors . The one in North High Street has a better selection and will fix your food how you want it. I will go there to spend my $50 per meal for my family. Sad because I live closer to this location. Oh well. Guess the customer is not important.????‍♀️

I do travel across town to Charleys Grilled Subs 5033 N High St, Columbus, OH 43214 for dinner. The chicken wings are great too. The owners of this Charley's sent me an email, asked me for my information stating they would love to speak with me about my experience. I responded and provided my information...........I was never contacted. Want to improve your service? Care about your customers?

This is not the action of an establishment that care about the customers. Wow! As long as there are people accepting the sub--par food its OK. Shame on you.
