We’re so glad this location opened! We’ve been here 4-5 times since opening and every time, the employees are nice, the food is fresh and there’s never any attitude when we’ve asked them to clean off the machines due to food allergies. Much better than the Buckeye Parkway location. Keep doing what you’re doing, staff!

Newly opened so everything was still very clean. They were pumping out orders for online and handling the walk-ins in a timely manner. Everyone seems to enjoy living and working which is rare in sandwich shops. Please peel the top layer of the onion off (the part that's attached to the skin, it'll have a greener color than the rest of the onion) before slicing it. It doesn't sauté well and creates a chewy onion you can't bite through so it pulls everything it's hooked on out of the sandwich when you bite into it. Otherwise, the meat was seasoned perfectly, the sauce, amount of peppers and onions, and portion size were all spot on.
