(March 2, 2024, 2:20 pm)I live in Parma OH my pizza was over 2 hours late and one of your employees laughed at me when I asked for my money back. I am from Columbus and I love Donatoes. The way I was treated was horrible. My wife even called the store and asked for a Manager and they put the phone down and walked away and left her there over 10minutes.
