(April 10, 2019, 4:43 pm)Staff is friendly and provides fast service. They even gave me a free serving of fries today because they had more than they needed this batch and I hadn't ordered any! On top of the food always being great this is easily the best Penn Station location I have been to in Columbus/surrounding area.

(March 31, 2019, 12:58 am)Great food and great people, but the app has failed to give me my points twice in one month. Store staff say they can do nothing. I emailed where they suggested and gir no response. Not cool.

(February 25, 2019, 8:11 pm)Very good place for a tasty lunch or a late night feast. For those on a calorie restricted diet you can still get a very tasty bite without blowing your entire calorie allotment. I got the grilled vegetarian with provolone cheese and grilled veggies plus fresh lettuce. My omnivorous wife got the ham Dagwood. We each got the small french fries. One soft drink and one water came to under $20.
