The food was very good. There were six of us and we all got different items. All good. The craft brewed beer was excellent and a great selection.

MUCH Better than Pigskin Ever Was. The only thing I liked more about Pigskin was the decor inside the taproom. I'm not a big fan of all the new bright white decor because it just doesn't have the feel of a brewery. That aside the service, beer and food are an improvement. Gone are the days of walking into Pigskin and not being waited on for 15 mins. Hopefully the level of service stays that way otherwise this place won't last long.

The place was nice and great for large groups. I only had beverages so I can't report on the small menu of food but from what I noticed from other tables it looked good. The server was very attentive and nice. It was fun to play with the table games and toys that are out for patrons to take part in. The Jenga esk game seemed to be a favorite. I will be back.

Sorry I just fixed it! I didn't mean to put 2 stars... I was in the middle of something else and tried to back out of reviewing, hence no extended review. 3 stars due to my hopes and expectations not met. My husband and I are anxious to see if any changes/evolution will come of Nostalgia in the neighborhood. I thought when I read the business journal article I read that Nostalgia would retain Pigskins chef and there was going to be better food (I have to go back and check). Anyway, the hubby loves a good IPA and I have been sticking to lighter domestics lately, so aren't keen on all the interesting/exotic beer flavors. So he was excited to hear that you may be bringing in more guest beers. Also, the menu seemed quite limited and not somewhere we could bring our whole family for a dinner. Decided to have a glass of red wine, but it was really cold coming from the tap - red wine isn't typically served refrigerated so was a different experience. We will probably try again in a couple of months when Nostalgia's open longer and can find their flow.

I like this better than pigskin even though the bones are essentially the same right now. The Koosh and the NE IPA were both very good and I will go back for more. Any place that has a NE IPA will always have my business
