Moe's Southwest Grill

The food was delicious, the service was very impressive and the employees were very helpful. I ordered a chicken bowl which I ordered to dine in. I found the restaurant to be very clean, and I will definitely be back for more. 100% better than Chipotle at a fraction of the cost, I highly recommend this restaurant.

This location is spotty at best. Sometimes I go there and the food is amazing. Last time I went there the meat had a burnt taste to it. And the presentation of the food was less than desirable. Also didn't get the "Welcome to Moe's" welcome I usually get. Employees didn't really seem all that happy. What I experienced may have been after a huge rush of people since the dining room was literally pack with people. So I really can't complain too much.

Not bad, food is pretty decent and relatively fast. I order from this location a few times a month. The food is usually consistent which I appreciate, some places are hit or miss but moe's tends to be much less chaotic on quality and consistency. Order accuracy is sometimes spotty, I usually order online with 1 to 3 meals and more often than not something is off. Most of the time it's drinks, order a large and get a medium. Sometimes it's forgetting the cookies or mixing up sizes of queso or forgetting it entirely. The restaurant is fairly busy and generally clean. Online orders that jump to the front of the line don't usually receive the flak some places do. I enjoy the food and as often as I eat here wish the order accuracy was a little better, would be a 5 star review.

The staff is pleasant enough but extremely rushed during the lunch period. The food is OK at best. The location is clean. Three stars because of the way they handle online orders - fitting them into the line between physical customers - and a backlog of people waiting near the register making feel like an obstacle course to get drinks and find a table. Additionally, when four of us from work visited the online orders expanded the time from the first person getting through the line, to the fourth to over fifteen minutes - unacceptable.

I really enjoy the food and service here! You get your food fast and they never run out of sauces! The restaurant is always clean too. It is kind of pricey though.
